Program name and description

Micam Properties Job & Service Updates. Micam Properties LLC sends operational text messages from (310) 987-4811 to subcontractors, vendors and suppliers (job scheduling, site access, work-order and delivery updates) and to tenants and property owners (maintenance appointment scheduling, reminders and repair status updates). We do not send marketing messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting Micam Properties LLC first. There are two ways to opt in:

1. Text-in: subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, tenants and property owners we work with receive our business number, (310) 987-4811, from us (it is also published on our Text Us page) and start the conversation by texting it about a job, delivery or service request.
2. Keyword: anyone can text START to (310) 987-4811.

After you opt in, you receive this confirmation:

We only message numbers that have texted us first, and we never use purchased or third-party lists. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your jobs and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt-out

• Text HELP to (310) 987-4811 for help, or email Moshe@micamproperties.com.
• Text STOP to (310) 987-4811 to stop receiving messages at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again by texting START.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
