• Job and property details: service or work-order requests, property addresses, appointment times and related notes.
• Communication records: the content and time of calls and text messages exchanged with our business line.

How we use it

• To schedule and coordinate jobs with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• To schedule maintenance appointments and send service updates to tenants and property owners.
• To answer questions and provide customer support.
• To keep business records and meet legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you opt in by texting us (see our SMS Terms), we use your mobile number only to send messages about jobs, appointments and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our phone and messaging provider), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. The SMS exclusion above applies to all such sharing.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or stop receiving messages, by contacting us below. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
